Investor Group Projects
Our Investor Group is made up of a close–knit group of local business associates that have been involved together in real estate ownership for many years. We’re experienced in real estate ownership and management and are financially strong with the ability to fully self-finance projects. We intend for projects to be long term investments and are committed to building projects that have quality and operational efficiencies that maintain value and stand the test of time. Collectively we own a mix of office and industrial facilities that total over 1,500,000 SF and are all located in Northern Indiana including Fort Wayne, Columbia City, Warsaw, Wabash and South Bend.
